When I first watched the film - no. No, I was not disappointed. This movie, quite literally has everything. It's a Sci Fi Action Comedy Drama film. It makes you laugh, makes you cry, makes you smile, makes you think. There's a lot of nonsense, and a lot of heart. I feel the passion behind the screen. The Actors and writers and cast and crew really made this a special experience. Ke Huy Quan and Michelle Yeoh went out and earned the Oscars, portraying these characters like their life depended on it. They were "alive" in every line of dialogue. It's fun & emotional.
